Scone

Ingredients:

High - gluten flour 150g
Baking powder 4g
Sugar 20g
Milk 20g
Butter 40g
Egg 1
Egg yolk 1

Instructions:

1) Sift high-gluten flour and baking powder together
2) Add the sugar and milk and mix well
3) Add the egg, egg yolk and butter into mix 2 using your hand
4) Using a baking tool to make a round shape ,then rest for 30 minutes
5) Line the baking tray with the baking paper
6) Heat the oven to 150c for 20-25mintues

Roast apple with cheese

Muffin

Ingredients:

Sunflower / vegetable 60g
Sugar 70g
Salt 1g
Egg 1
Milk 60g
Cake flour 120g
Baking power  1 teaspoon





Instructions:

1)Beat the egg with sugar and salt 
2)Add sunflower / vegetable oil into mix 1
3)Add milk into mix 2
4)Sift cake flour and baking power into mix 3
5)Place mixture into baking cup
6)Bake at 180c for 20minutes

Muffin

Ingredients:

Sunflower / vegetable oil 100g
Sugar 135g
Egg 3
Milk 100g
Cake flour 230g
Baking power  2 teapoon


Instructions:

1)Add 135g sugar into 100g sunflower / vegetable oil and mix

2)Add egg and milk into mix 1

3)Sift cake four and baking power into mix 2

4)Place mixture into baking cup

5)Bake at 180c for 30 minutes

Cheese biscuits

Ingredients:


Cheese 70g  
Butter (no salt ) 25g  
Sugar 10g  
Salt 2g  
Cake flour 120g   
High-gluten flour 120g  
Milk 130g

Instructions:
1) Cut cheese into small slices
2) Beat the soft butter with sugar then slip the salt, cake flour and high-gluten flour together and mix well
3) Add the cheese slices and mix into dough. Cover with cling film and rest for 20 minutes
4) Take the dough and roll out into a rectangle piece then use a baking tool to make different shapes if desired
5) Line the baking tray with the baking paper
6) Heat the oven to 180c 
7) Place tray on the higher shelf of the oven and bake for 20 minutes

Peanut Butter Muffin

Ingredients:

Egg (medium) 2
Sugar 60g
Sunflower/vegetable oil 50g
Milk 60g
Cake flour 100g
Baking power 1 teaspoon
Peanut butter (not smooth) 100g





Instructions:
1) Beat eggs and sugar then add sunflower/vegetable oil and mix well
2) Add peanut butter slowly not all at once then add all the milk into the mix making sure to mix well all the time
3) Add the cake flour and baking power
4) Place mixture into baking cup but do not fill
5) Bake at 190c for 25 minutes

Peanut butter biscuit

Ingredients:
cake flour 200g   
peanut butter with peanuts (not smooth) 130g   
sunflower/vegetable oil 100ml   
caster sugar 80g           
baking powder 1/2 teaspoon   
salt 1/4 teaspoon



Instructions:
1) Add 100ml oil into 130g peanut butter and mix thoroughly
2) Add 80g caster sugar into mix 1
3) Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt into mix 2
4) Sift cake flour and baking power into mix 3 and mix well then roll up into a soft dough
5) Preheat the oven at 180c
6) Get a little of the dough and make into a ball then push flat with fork 
7) Line the baking tray with the baking paper
8) Put the baking tray on the medium shelf of the oven and bake for 18 minutes
